InDispense Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are applicable to all contracts for the provision of Services to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions is accepted by InDispense unless agreed in writing in advance.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, 14 days minimum notice in writing is required to InDispense to avoid the full invoice being charged. Booking deposits are not transferable or refundable (Unless discussed with InDispense and approved in writing).

INSURANCE

InDispense has full Public Liability, Employer's Liability and Product Liability. For clients providing their own equipment, stock and/or staffing, the above insurance is not valid. We advise the client/venue seek additional cover for any equipment, stock or staff not provided by InDispense.

BOOKING

All written quotations will be valid for 28 days from date of enquiry. Booking enquiries may be provisionally held for longer. We can not guarantee that your date will be available after these 28 days. InDispense bookings are on a first come first served basis. To confirm booking please send signed quotation with 25% booking deposit to the InDispense head office. The balance of invoice is due 14 days before the date of the service/event except where approved otherwise in writing by InDispense.

ACCESS (PARKING, LOADING AND UNLOADING)

Parking is required for all events and must be provided by the client, for vehicle registration numbers please contact your event manager. Suitable legal access for both unloading and loading vehicles must be provided as close to the event location as possible. Bars can not be carried up or down more than 10 stairs, lifts should be available for additional floors. Doorway's should to be a minimum of 900mm. For Outside events, suitable flooring or walkways must be provided to roll equipment over. Equipment can NOT be rolled over gravel or grass. InDispense shall not be under any liability whatsoever in respect of damage to any services buried under the site or otherwise concealed and any consequential loss resulting from such damage unless accurate plans have been submitted prior to access. LICENSING

InDispense will be the sole provider of all drinks or named brands at the licensed event unless previously agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic products to anyone failing to supply recognised and appropriate ID as proof of age and all relevant restrictions will be upheld by all staff. All bars comply with The Licensing Act 2005 and the five key objectives.

PRICES

All rates are subject to change without prior notice. All Services within the U.K (unless otherwise specified) are subject to V.A.T. at the rate of 15%.

CHARGES

All charges are based on logistical requirements, location, guest numbers, difficulty of setup, time and a number of other event specific variables. Those invoices not paid in full to InDispense before the due date will incur interest charges. In the event of expenses being incurred to retrieve outstanding monies due, including interest, legal and court fees the debtor/client will be responsible for the payment of all such expenses and fees.

InDispense will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information.

ADDITIONAL

InDispense reserves the right to use polycarbonate glasses unless the client specifies otherwise by prior arrangement. InDispense shall not be liable for any delay, loss or cancellation of Goods arising from contingencies beyond their control. Contracts are subject to Scottish Law and Jurisdiction in full.

The above conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Company in part or in whole for one or more of its Clients where the Company has grounds deemed necessary.
